Fred is a Chartered Development Finance Analyst with several years of experience providing comprehensive financial advisory services. He collaborates with businesses to access growth and expansion capital, working closely with international financial institutions focused on Sub Saharan Africa. Fred holds a degree in Finance and Banking, MSc - Development Finance, LLB (Law) and is pursuing a Masters in Law (LLM). He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Development Finance Analysts (SA).

A highly skilled researcher in energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, with a strong background in econometrics and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth. Tony brings to Step Stone a track record of success in treasury management, budget implementation, regulatory compliance. Tony is currently a PhD Candidate at the Jiangsu University.

Mansah brings to Step Stone years of experience in business development, PFI and Client relations. With vast experience in aviation industry she handles deal origination, team development and operations.

Ama specializes in providing financing solutions to diverse industries, from start-up agri enterprises to energy producers and upstream contractors. As a Legal Practitioner, Ama has extensive experience in the energy sector, advising on onshore and offshore development projects. Ama's memberships in the Ghana Bar and the Bar of England Wales testify to her expertise and dedication.

Jonathan is a seasoned finance professional with expertise in private equity, capital raising, and fund formation. He has worked in the energy, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors across various countries. Additionally, he provides advisory services to national governments on infrastructure policy and funding strategies. Jonathan holds degrees in finance and economics and has published academic papers on infrastructure investing. He is fluent in French, proficient in Spanish, and has a basic understanding of Japanese.

Grant is a qualified Chartered Accountant who served his articles with Ernst Young in Cape Town. He has a cumulative 25 years' experience in advertising, management consulting, professional services, retail, and ship building. Grant is passionate about developing vessel financing solutions for clients, and has worked with an array of international specialists to achieve this goal.
